The Philips Selecon Pacific range covers followspots and zoomspots built for wide applications across a variety of venues. The 7.5 to 19 degree beam angle model offers useful throw distances from 18 to 21 metres and supports multiple lamp options including 600W, 800W and 1000W TH sources as well as a 1200W 80V supply and an MSR HR 575W discharge source for extended throws up to 39 metres. The Active Heat Management System keeps operational controls, including the large rear grab handle and side handle, cool to the touch throughout continuous use, eliminating the need for gloves. Ergonomic guide handles simplify iris and colour changer operation, while the front handle adjusts for operator comfort. The braced yoke with adjustable balance point and a virtually silent no-fan design round out a practical, stage-ready followspot.
