Description
Used Alesis ADAT HD24 hard drive digital multitrack recorder with 1TB HD and 4U Flightcase.
- 24-track hard drive digital multitrack recorder
- Can record in 44.1 / 48 kHz at 24 bit or 88.1 / 96 kHz using ADAT optical digital
- It can be synced to other HD24 machines for more tracks
- Very nice cosmetic condition
- Fully PAT tested
- 2005 model
- Flashed to the latest v1.21 firmware that allows the use of the SATA / SSD drives with the Alesis-specific SATA caddy – This only had the original IDE caddy but is fitted with an IDE to SATA bridge
- Inside, all capacitors used are Nichicon-branded and the DAC is the excellent AKM4393 so Alesis did not skimp on quality
- Included is a modern 1TB Western Digital Blue SATA 7200rpm drive offering about 75 hours of 24/48k 24-track recording
- All TRS inputs and outputs have been tested and are working great
- Cleaned the fan and the internals
- Owner has run the modern SATA 3.0 and SSD drives no problem and although the bandwidth is limited to IDE due to the caddy (SATA caddies are available), it allows much more modern and reliable drives to be used.so comes with a very sturdy 4U MUSICSTOR mahogany-effect flightcase
