- Screen has been regularly maintained and repaired, though due to its age there are some aspects that require more frequent attention
- Most tiles are in quite good condition but some have suffered from some cosmetic deterioration over the years

- 158 working tiles and 19 non-fully working – currently being repaired to get a full set before sale
