The Barco Encore Controller SC is a compact controller within the Barco Encore system, designed for both single screen and wide screen blended production environments. It supports up to 24 inputs and six destinations, comprised of Encore Video Processors, ScreenPRO-II and ImagePRO processors. The SC offers 64 presets, along with layers supporting one DSK, six scaled inputs for PIP or key, and one transitioning background, plus user-selectable transition functions and joystick and T-bar control. External router control is supported, and the system is compatible with both Barco and third-party analog and digital routers including SDI and HD/SDI units. Its compact form factor makes it well suited to space-constrained live production environments, while delivering nearly all the features of the larger Controller LC.
