The EAW SB Series comprises a family of professional subwoofer systems ranging from a single 12-inch cone to a dual 21-inch configuration, as well as horn-loaded designs. Most models are offered in permanent installation versions, featuring threaded mounting points, or mobile production versions with handles, rubber footpads, fly track and casters. Several models in the range use a dual 18-inch sub bass cone arrangement in a vented clam-shell enclosure, with optimally tuned low-turbulence ports, premium 115 mm large coil components, and neodymium magnet structures. Applications noted include concert touring, arenas, club and band PA, houses of worship, auditoriums, theatres, stage monitoring, drum fill monitoring and large dance clubs. Ground stacking and permanent suspension options are supported on select models.
