Used L-Acoustics MTD115b units offer a switch-selectable active/passive, two-way coaxial full range loudspeaker built for distributed sound reinforcement, medium-scale touring, sub-hire and fixed installation. The second-hand MTD115b combines a 15-inch bass reflex-loaded low frequency transducer with a titanium alloy diaphragm compression driver in a single point source coaxial design. The L-Acoustics MTD115b is a switch-selectable active/passive, two-way coaxial full range loudspeaker designed for distributed sound reinforcement. It houses a direct radiating, bass reflex-loaded 15-inch low frequency transducer paired with a 1.4-inch exit, 3-inch voice coil diameter, titanium alloy diaphragm compression driver. The frequency response runs from 65 Hz to 14 kHz within plus or minus 3 dB, with a usable bandwidth of 50 Hz to 16 kHz at minus 10 dB. Positioned within L-Acoustics MTD line alongside the MTD108a and MTD112b, the MTD115b is intended for medium-scale touring, sub-hire or fixed installation, and works with companion LLC analog line level controllers for plug-and-play versatility. The coaxial configuration delivers single point source radiation, total wavefront coherency and axi-symmetrical directivity.
