Used Prolyte ST Tower units offer a cost-effective aluminium mast tower solution built on S40T mast sections, capable of accepting any S Series truss on all four sides and supporting a maximum loading capacity of 2000 kg. Available second-hand from professional staging inventories, these towers combine a fully bolted sleeve block design with broad truss compatibility. Scroll down to browse the used Prolyte ST Tower listings currently available. The Prolyte ST Tower is a cost-effective aluminium tower system based on S40T mast sections, with one-sided horizontal bracing designed to facilitate safe and easy climbing using an appropriate fall protection system. It accepts any truss from the S Series on all four sides via bolted female CCS7 couplers, and the sleeve block is also compatible with truss series S36R/V, S52F/V, S66R/V, S100F and B100RV using various sleeve blocks. The fully bolted ST sleeve block is described as stronger and more precise than conventional welded alternatives. Main tube dimensions are 50 x 4 mm for mast sections and 25 x 3 mm for braces, with alloy aluminium parts in EN-AW 6082 T6. The tower has a self-weight of 120 kg. Maximum height and loading capacity depend on structure, tower length, applied load and the method of restraining the base and top, with a headline maximum loading capacity of 2000 kg.
