The Swisson XSR-TR5 is a DMX and RDM splitter and booster that regenerates, boosts and distributes DMX and RDM signals with a high level of reliability. Each port is individually optically isolated and protected against transient over-voltages, while a specially designed power supply ensures safe operation under harsh mains conditions. The unit provides five DMX outputs per universe and includes built-in line termination to reduce reflection problems. A dedicated DMX-only mode filters out non-DMX data, generating a clean signal free of RDM or other protocols. The XSR-TR5 is also RDM-discoverable, making it visible to RDM controllers to aid installation overview and troubleshooting. Connection options span 5-pin and 3-pin XLR, RJ-45 and pluggable screw terminals, with housing variants including installation, box, rack and double-rack formats.
