Pasquale Quadri the founder

Pasquale Quadri was an entrepreneur and the founder of Clay Paky. He anticipated that the technological evolution in lighting would have an enormous future in the entertainment world.
On 28 August 1976 he founded Clay Paky. Therefore he began a long period of research which led to a new generation of lighting effects.

Awards and recognition internationally

Over the course of its history, the Company got many awards. In total, there are 45 prestige international prizes, recognitions of the innovation and quality of its products and manufacturing processes.

ClayPaky always reacted to the many copy makers all over the world. To achieve that, the company created innumerable innovations. Especially, it maintained excellent quality through the exclusive use of Italian manufacturing.  This way, thorough control over components, processes and every stage of production guarantee the quality of the products.

*Recently, the initial brand name Clay Paky has been re-branded to ClayPaky. The company name Clay Paky S.p.A. has remained unchanged.
