We accept professional-grade audio, lighting, video, staging, rigging and power equipment. If you are unsure whether your items are suitable, contact our team with details and photos and we will advise.

- Condition notes and what is included
Yes. All listings require a 21-day warranty for major functional issues, such as a unit that will not power on, a critical fault that prevents normal operation, or a significant issue not described in the listing.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, minor marks or normal signs of use, although these should be shown clearly in the listing photos and description.
If an issue does occur, we help both sides resolve it quickly. Because most trades are B2B, solutions are often straightforward and communication stays clear throughout.
